In addition to diplomatic contacts with embassies, he has close relationships with constitutional bodies, ministries and key stakeholders in the national context. He advises CEO`S, chairmen of larger organizations and associations.

Marketing & Corporate Branding
Gisela Strnad is a recognized expert in marketing and corporate and employer branding. She was Head of Marketing at Fujitsu Technology Solution, a Member of the Executive Committee of Initiative D 21 and Chair of the Steering Committee at BITKOM e.V..
With her many years of practical experience, she is active across all industries. Another of her focal points is the development and introduction of information technologies for public sector clients. Currently, she manages "Projects and Cooperations" of Heise Medien, among others. She is host of the podcast "Heise Meets - Der Entscheider- Talk" (Heise Meets - The Decision Maker Talk), in which she speaks weekly with decision makers from business, politics and science.
She is the founder of NUTZWERK 511, the association of women in leadership positions in Hanover.

Public Sector & Economic Structural Policy
Dr. Carsten Sieling, former President of the Senate and Mayor of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, has many years of experience in political office at federal, state and municipal level. In addition to his executive duties, he gained a large number of contacts and expertise, particularly as a member of the German Bundestag, but also of the Bremen Parliament.
He not only holds a doctorate in economics, but has also acquired proven expertise in fiscal policy. In particular, as a member of the Finance Committee in the German Bundestag, he was involved in the regulation of financial markets and the banking sector in the years following the financial crisis.

MARTINA ROZOK,
Urban Communication & Urban Planning
Martina Rozok is a communications consultant and strategist who has been working in the field of real estate, architecture and urban development for 20 years. She is also active in political consulting and a member of degepol. She is a graduate of the Axel Springer School of Journalism, has worked as a journalist for the Bild newspaper and served as press office for the Federal Association of Free Real Estate and Housing Companies.
She excels in communicative reliability and integrity in the field of public and media relations.

Participation & Cultural Diversity
Michael Pelke is on the move from the Eckernförde Bay to the Gulf of Guinea, well networked he fishes fresh ideas and money for good causes.
He is a founding member of the federal party "Die Grünen", was for many years political director of the Greens in the Lower Saxony state parliament and head of office of the Lower Saxony state government in Berlin.
He advises parties, institutions and governments from the municipal to the federal level.
A special focus of his work is the design of the "consultative" the various forms of citizen participation. As a trained high school teacher (German and politics), he supports various refugee and integration projects in Germany and abroad on a voluntary basis. Among other things, he develops and finances projects of social infrastructure (wells, solar roofs, good education) with a non-profit limited liability company and also the foundation of companies in West and Central Africa by granting small loans.
He is co-founder and organizer of the literary " Salon Siller" and organizes scenic-musical readings with the actress Annekathrin Bach and the saxophonist Lars Stoermer.
Daniela Augenstein,

Daniela Augenstein, former State Secretary, is at home in political communications. Her many years of work as a communications officer in politics, most recently as government spokesperson for the Berlin Senate, have given her extensive knowledge and experience in strategic communications - from classic press relations, public relations and online communications to crisis communications. At the same time, she was able to gain deep insights into the working methods and mechanisms of politics and administration at the Berlin state and federal level. There, in politics, journalism and associations, resilient networks have emerged. And last but not least, the realization has matured that political communication works best with a joy of exchange and language, with a high level of commitment and trustworthiness, and with a curious mind and a desire to get things done.

Hanna Irmisch is an expert in strategic communications development. She worked as managing partner and partner of an agency in Berlin and was responsible for communication strategies and campaigns for companies, associations, societies and the public sector. She has managed and been responsible for communications for technology and research programs as well as for programs to promote start-ups at the federal level.

Leonard Beqiri,
Western Balkans & Energy Policy
Leonard Beqiri, was Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy. As former Chairman of the National Energy Agency, he knows his country and the developments in the Western Balkans very well. Currently Leonard is working as an expert for the board of the ruling party and the city of Tirana, among other things, for the process of EU - enlargement.
He is a well-wired networker and has close relations with the ministries of the accession countries and key stakeholders in Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro. For many years Leonard has been working on the close and good exchange between the countries of the Western Balkans and the European Union.
He has been working for decades on the future vision of sustainable energy production. Hydropower, wind energy and solar power are especially close to his heart.
